Difficult to say to which Lauranne moment started to sing, for her parents always intended it to sing, initially in choruses of children, then choruses of adults and finally as a soloist.

This young singer originating in Switzerland, the canton from Neuchâtel, song its trade wanted since her childhood to make. Consequently,shet entered to the academy at 16 years to study it traditional song. But she did not want to remain captive of only one style of music,she wanted to be able to sing all the musics which she liked. This is why she went to continueher formation in Paris to study the variety with a professor of song which makes work France Gall amongst other things, Michel Berger, Jean-Jacques Goldman, etc. She also decided to explore the jazz and worked with Christiane Legrand, the sister of Michel, who was one of the voices of Swingle Singers and Double Six. A few years of studies later, these different cords with its arc and a diploma of song out of pocket, Lauranne succeeded her bet: The versatility. Nobody imagines vocal complexity that it is necessary to have to sing one evening an operatic aria accompanied by an orchestra traditional, and the following day being on scene with an orchestra rock'n'roll.

Side scene, Lauranne knows it since the 14 years age. She formed part of several vocal groups then, which allowed him to make many concerts in Europe, in Russia, in South America and in Canada. She also made many traditional concerts in soloist or in the choruses of the Opera of Lausanne. She also obtained roles in various musicals, of which the " phantom of the Opera " and " My fair Lady ". She also gained several contests of song, of which the goldmedal of the French song of Saignelégier.

In 1992 was a meeting which marked a watershed in her career. The meeting with Bernard Jaquier, author, type-setter and singer. They made various concerts first of all together, then decided to make CD. A few months of work later, in 1995, were born "Rendez-vous ", the first album of Lauranne, composed by Bernard Jaquier. This first " Rendez-vous " with the public was succeeded, accompanied by many passages radios and televisions, then of a tour concert.

March 1, 1998 Lauranne sings in front of more than 6000 people the song "J'ai rêvé " that she created with Bernard Jaquier at the time of contest of song for the 150ème birthday of the Neuchâteloise republic. This song will be the anthem of the year 1998.

In this same March 1998 Lauranne leaves its second album "Ose-moi " made up by Bernard Jaquier. This new album, very succeeded, was unanimously greeted by the press and appeared in practically all the play lists of the local radios.

But French-speaking Switzerland Television was also interested in Lauranne by carrying out several reports in the television news and by inviting her in the emission «Les couche-tôt » with Michel Boujenah and « Ils sont fous ces romands » with Lio, Axelle Red and Larusso.

In 1999, Lauranne had l’honnor to sign with EMI Switzerland for the 1st album under their label "Envol" which came out April 2000, preceded by the single " Dernière flamme" in January 2000.

Parmi les nombreux concerts qui ont suivi, Lauranne a fait la première partie d'un concert d'Axelle Red à Lausanne. Elle a également participé à l'émission nationale du 1er août 2001.
